Fieldwright LLC ("Fieldwright," "we," "us") provides lead-response services to pest control companies, including AI voice answering, missed-call text-back, and follow-up messaging. What we collect

  • Contact details you give us: name, phone number, email address, company name, city.
  • Call and message data: the phone number that called or texted, the date and time, the content of text messages, and call recordings and transcripts.
  • Details you share during a call or text, such as the pest problem, service address, and preferred appointment time.
  • Basic website data such as pages visited, device type, and form submissions.

How we use it

  • To answer your call or text, book an inspection or appointment, and follow up about your request.
  • To pass your request to the pest control company you contacted or that you asked us to contact on your behalf.
  • To run, secure, and improve our service, and to meet legal obligations.

AI and call recording. Calls to numbers we operate may be answered by an automated AI voice assistant, and the assistant will say it is an AI if you ask. Calls may be recorded and transcribed. Every call begins with a notice that the call is recorded. If you do not agree to being recorded, please hang up and reach us by text or through our web form instead.

Text messaging. We send text messages only to people who contacted a business first, called or texted that business's number, or submitted a form that included text consent. We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or text-message opt-in data and consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information is shared only with service providers that deliver our messages and host our systems, and only as needed to provide the service. You can reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Who we share information with

  • The pest control company you contacted.
  • Service providers that host data, deliver calls and texts, and run our software, under confidentiality obligations.
  • Authorities when the law requires it. We do not sell personal information.

How long we keep it. We keep call recordings for 90 days and transcripts and message history for 12 months, then delete or de-identify them. We keep a minimal record of consent, opt-ins and opt-outs (phone number, date and method) for 5 years to prove compliance. We keep anything longer only when the law or an active dispute requires it.

Your choices

  • Opt out of texts: reply STOP.
  • Ask to see, correct, or delete your information: email [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days.

Security. We use access controls and encrypted connections. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children. Our services are not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes. We will post updates here and change the date above.
