1. Who we are. These terms apply to your use of fieldwrighthq.com and the call and text services operated by Fieldwright LLC ("Fieldwright"), a Florida limited liability company. Contact: [email protected].

2. The service. Fieldwright provides AI voice answering, missed-call text-back, form and message response, appointment booking, and follow-up messaging for pest control companies. When you call or text a number we operate, you may be answered by an automated AI assistant. It will say it is an AI if you ask. It does not give personalized quotes or medical or safety advice. If the business has published a starting price, the assistant may read back that exact statement, and the inspection sets your actual price. It cannot replace emergency services.

3. Emergencies. If anyone is in danger, hang up and call 911.

4. Text message program ("Fieldwright LeadGuard Messaging").

  • Who receives texts: people who called or texted a business using our service, or who submitted a form that included text consent.
  • What we send: replies to your inquiry, appointment confirmations and reminders, and follow-ups about your request.
  • Frequency: varies with your activity.
  • Cost: message and data rates may apply. Fieldwright does not charge you for messages.
  • Opt out: reply STOP at any time. You will get one confirmation and no further messages.
  • Help: reply HELP or email [email protected].
  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • Consent to texts is not a condition of buying anything.

5. Eligibility. You must be 18 or older to use our services.

6. Acceptable use. Do not use the service to harass anyone, send unlawful content, or interfere with our systems.

7. Accuracy. The AI assistant can make mistakes. Appointment details are confirmed by the pest control company providing your service.

8. Disclaimers. The service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the extent the law allows, Fieldwright disclaims all other warranties.

9. Limitation of liability. To the extent the law allows, Fieldwright is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and its total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid Fieldwright in the 3 months before the claim or $100.

10. Governing law. Florida law governs these terms, and disputes will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Pinellas County, Florida.

11. Changes. We may update these terms by posting a new date above.
